Scheduled reports run automatically on a recurring basis and deliver the results to your inbox as PDF attachments. Once configured, they require no manual intervention — the report generates and emails itself on the schedule you set.
How to create a schedule
Go to Reports → Schedules and click Create Schedule. Configure the following:
Report template — Which report to generate (from the catalog)
Frequency — Weekly or monthly
Day and time — When to generate and send (e.g., Monday at 7:00 AM)
Scope — All locations or a specific site
Recipients — Email addresses for delivery (do not need CareIncite accounts)
Managing schedules
From the Schedules tab, you can edit, pause, or delete any scheduled report. Pausing a schedule temporarily stops delivery without losing the configuration. When you unpause, delivery resumes on the next scheduled date.
