CareIncite includes 12 report templates that cover billing, eligibility, caseload, provider performance, and operational metrics. Each report can be generated on demand or scheduled for automatic delivery. All reports support PDF and Excel export.

Weekly Payroll SummarySAVE
Total billable hours per provider for the selected week. Used for payroll processing and provider performance review.
Eligibility StatusCAPTURE
Current insurance eligibility status for all active clients. Flags lapsed, expiring, and unknown coverage.
Caseload OverviewSAVE
Client count per provider with capacity utilization. Identifies overloaded and underloaded clinicians.
Provider PerformanceSAVE
Individual provider billing, hours, utilization rate, and trend comparison across a configurable date range.
Billing by PayerCAPTURE
Revenue breakdown by MCO/payer. Shows total billed, session count, and average session value per payer.
