CEO Summary

Practice OwnerExecutive AdministratorSpecialist (read-only)·4 min read·Updated May 2026

The CEO Summary (/weekly-summary) is a weekly executive briefing that consolidates your practice's performance into a single page. Instead of navigating between multiple dashboards to piece together the week's story, the CEO Summary gives you everything you need in one view: revenue, billing hours, provider output, caseload changes, and key alerts.

What the summary includes

Revenue snapshot
Total billed revenue for the week, comparison to target, and week-over-week trend. Shows whether the practice is ahead, on track, or behind for the current period.
Billing hours
Total billable hours delivered across all providers. Comparison to the previous week and to the weekly target. Broken down by provider with individual performance indicators.
Provider performance table
Each provider with their weekly hours, target, percentage of target achieved, and trend arrow. Sorted by performance to quickly identify top performers and those needing support.
Key alerts
Active billing alerts, eligibility warnings, and any operational flags from the week. These are the items that require attention or follow-up.
Past summaries
Navigate to previous weeks to review historical performance. Past summaries are preserved so you can track trends over time and compare week-over-week performance.

How to use the CEO Summary

The CEO Summary is designed to be reviewed once per week — typically Monday morning. Open the summary, scan the revenue and billing KPIs, review the provider performance table, and check for any active alerts. This gives you a complete picture of last week's performance in under five minutes.

Use the navigation arrows to move between weeks. The sidebar shows a list of past summaries for quick access to any historical week.

Who can access the CEO Summary

The CEO Summary module (weekly_summary) is accessible to ceo and admin roles (read/write) and specialist role (read-only). Support staff do not have access to the CEO Summary.
