Every report generated in CareIncite — whether on-demand or via schedule — is saved to the Report History. Navigate to Reports → History to browse, search, and re-download any past report.
What you see
Each entry in the history includes:
Report name and template type
Date and time generated
Who generated it (or "Scheduled" for automated reports)
Date range covered
Download links (PDF and Excel)
Reports are retained for 12 months. After 12 months, they are automatically purged. If you need long-term archival, download reports to your local system or shared drive.
