Make MoneyGrow through new client acquisition
The Campaigns module lets you organize marketing efforts into trackable campaigns — community events, referral drives, digital ads, outreach programs — and measure each campaign's contribution to lead generation and client acquisition. When you can tie a campaign to actual new clients and revenue, you know exactly where to invest for growth.
The Campaigns module
Navigate to Campaigns from the sidebar (/campaigns). The module shows a list of all campaigns with key performance data:
Campaign name and type— Descriptive name and category (event, digital, referral, outreach, other).
Date range— Campaign start and end dates. Active campaigns are highlighted.
Leads generated— Number of leads attributed to this campaign.
Clients acquired— Leads from this campaign that converted to active clients.
Conversion rate— Percentage of campaign leads that became clients.
How to create a campaign
1. Click Create Campaign
From the Campaigns list, click Create Campaign. Enter the campaign name, type, start date, and optional end date.
2. Tag leads to the campaign
When leads come in (from GoHighLevel or manual entry), assign them to the campaign. If leads arrive via GoHighLevel with UTM parameters or source tags, CareIncite can auto-assign them to the matching campaign.
3. Monitor performance
As leads convert to clients and clients begin billing, the campaign's performance metrics update automatically. Over time, you build a history of which campaign types deliver the best return.
Common campaign types
Community event — Mental Health Awareness Fair — track walk-in leads and follow-up conversions
Referral drive — Physician outreach program — measure which referring providers generate the most clients
Digital ads — Google Ads or Facebook campaigns — connect ad spend to actual client acquisition
Outreach program — School partnership initiative — track leads from school counselor referrals
Open enrollment — Medicaid open enrollment push — capture seasonal lead surges and conversion rates
Who can access Campaigns
The Campaigns module is accessible to ceo and admin roles (read/write) and specialist role (read-only). Unlike Marketing, the intake company role does not grant additional Campaigns access by default.
From Campaign to Expansion
When you can see that a specific campaign type consistently delivers high-converting leads, you can invest with confidence. Practices that track campaign performance are better positioned to justify new locations, additional staff, and expanded service lines — because the growth data backs the decision.
