Make MoneyGrow through retention
The Resource Library is a centralized repository where your practice uploads educational materials, worksheets, care plans, and other documents that can be shared with clients through the Client Portal. Resources shared between sessions reinforce treatment, improve engagement, and give clients a tangible connection to their care journey.
What belongs in the Resource Library
Any document that supports the client's care between sessions:
Psychoeducational materials— Information sheets about diagnoses, treatment approaches, coping strategies, and wellness topics.
Worksheets and exercises— CBT thought records, mood trackers, journaling prompts, safety plans, and skill-building exercises.
Practice policies— Cancellation policies, consent forms, rights and responsibilities documents, and FAQs.
Community resources— Referral lists, crisis hotline numbers, support group information, and local service directories.
How to manage resources
Upload a resource
Navigate to Resource Library from the sidebar. Click Add Resource, upload the file (PDF, DOCX, or image), add a title and description, and assign it to a category. The resource is now available for sharing.
Share with clients
Resources can be shared with individual clients or with all clients at once. When shared, the resource appears in the client's portal under the Resources section. You can share a resource at upload time or later from the resource detail view.
Organize by category
Create categories to keep resources organized — for example, “Anxiety,” “Depression,” “Intake Forms,” “Crisis Resources.” Clients see resources organized by category in their portal, making it easy to find what they need.
Who can access the Resource Library
The staff-facing Resource Library (/resource-library) is accessible to users with the ceo, admin, or support_staff account role. All three roles have read/write access to upload, edit, and share resources.
Clients see shared resources in their portal. They can view and download resources but cannot upload, edit, or delete them.
Retention Impact
Clients who access resources between sessions are significantly more likely to attend their next appointment. The Resource Library creates a low-effort, high-impact touchpoint that keeps clients connected to their care team without requiring additional clinical time.
