Location Comparison

For multi-location practices, the Location Comparison view lets you compare performance across sites side-by-side. Identify which locations are hitting targets, which are underperforming, and where to allocate resources for the biggest impact.

The Locations module

Navigate to Locations from the sidebar (/locations). The module shows each practice location with key metrics:

Revenue per location— Total billed revenue for each site, with comparison to target.
Provider count— Number of active providers at each location.
Client count— Active clients served at each location.
Utilization— Average provider utilization rate at each site.

Using location filters

Throughout CareIncite, you can filter dashboards and reports by location. When you select a location from the filter dropdown on the billing dashboard, all data — revenue, providers, targets, trends — updates to show only that site's numbers.

This is particularly useful for practice owners who oversee multiple sites and want to drill into a specific location's performance without the noise of practice-wide aggregation.

Who can access Locations

The Locations module is accessible to ceo, admin, and support_staff roles (read/write). The office_support company role also has read/write access to locations.
