Who uses CareIncite?
Practice Owner / CEO
The primary decision-maker. Practice Owners have full visibility into all locations, all providers, and all revenue data. They set practice-wide targets, manage team access, and use CareIncite to make strategic growth decisions.
Executive Administrator
The operational lead who manages day-to-day billing oversight. Executive Administrators monitor provider output, track revenue against targets, configure alerts, and ensure data accuracy across the practice.
Provider
Clinicians and therapists who deliver billable services. Providers see only their own billing data, weekly targets, and performance trends. They do not have access to other providers’ data or practice-wide financials.
Regional Manager (Multi-Site tier)
Available on the Multi-Site tier. Regional Managers oversee multiple locations, comparing revenue performance across sites, identifying underperforming locations, and ensuring each site meets its targets.
