I built TTM after watching too many owners run companies they couldn't see. Smart people. Real revenue. But no system showing them where the money was leaking — or how to fix it.
Before TTM, I spent over a decade in federal analytics, cloud architecture, and data analytics — environments where the math had to be right. A miscalculation wasn't a rounding error, it was a mission failure. That discipline shaped everything I do now.
“I kept seeing the same pattern: smart owners, growing revenue, and money falling through the cracks nobody was watching.”
The turning point was a behavioral health practice CEO who lost six figures over three years to modifier errors. Not because anyone was negligent — because nobody was doing the math. The systems tracked what happened. The accountant tracked what was left. But no one tracked what was missing.
That's when it clicked: most firms work two variables — help you Make money and Save money. But the third — Capture, recovering money you already earned but never collected — almost nobody serves systematically. That gap became TTM's reason to exist.
“Every business problem is a math problem. Most owners aren't losing because the math is hard — they're losing because nobody is doing it.”
Today, TTM exists to do the math. We deploy across three variables: Make money by finding revenue you're not yet deploying. Save money by cutting the waste you've learned to live with. And Capture the money you already earned but never collected. That's the equation. And the equation works.
